| Eligibility Criteria |
Salaried Individuals :
- Minimum age of Applicant: 21 years
- Maximum age of Applicant at loan maturity: 60 years
- Minimum employment: 6 Months with the current employer
- Minimum Net Monthly Income: Rs. 5,000 p.m
- Salary should be double the EMI.

- Proof of Identity (Citizenship copy/ Employee ID Card along with photo)
- Address Proof (Tel/elect. Bill/ Rental agreement )
- Bank Statements (latest 3 months bank statement /passbook). Age of bank A/C should be 6 months
- Latest 3 months salary slip or current dated salary certificate or 3 Salary credits in the bank A/C
- No objection letter from Employer, Commitment from employer to deduct EMI from Loanee salary
